    one of my biggest recent challenges was to get the right padding for my bags. i had the feeling i had called or been to everyone who could have had some of my padding in stock. well, it seems you just need to have the right support on board ;-)

    in my case i had little max accompany me on my quest. although he had to get in and out of the car multiple times, he never complained. and when we finally found what i was looking for, he also helped to make sure it was cut off properly.

    a BIG thank you to max and to AUSPackaging, who were so generous to give me a bit of padding for my prototypes!

    the name 'songlines' was inspired by the dreaming tracks of indigenous australians, which are invisible paths across the land (or, sometimes the sky) which mark the route followed by a localized 'creator-spirit' during the dreaming. The paths of the songlines are recorded in traditional songs, stories, dance, and painting ... I want my bags to pass on similar stories :-)
